about

These tracks were originally offered as a Christmas gift for the members of Discog's Oldskool Lovers Forum.
Each track has been made just like in the old days, sample driven, and low tech, for all you New Beat and Acid freaks to enjoy!
This is dedicated to Miss Nicky Trax.
The limited edition vinyl 12 inch (2007) is now out of stock.

review by Buchla on Discogs :
"Fantastic release from discogs user "BomberOne". Although it was released in march 2006, this is a real oldskool record. It sounds like the Hardbeat records from 1989 on Complete Kaos. Even the sleeve has that oldskool look.
The first track "2006=1989" refers to Edwards and Armani's "Acid Drill" with a strong military shout in the intro.
The second one "2006=1988" is a very dark new-beat track with some heavy basses.
"Acid Reprise" is just brilliant! It's a pitty that it's so short. Please BomberOne, make some long version of this."
